Responsibilities
Owns account plans and aligns delivery to strategy

Drives up-selling, cross-selling, and account expansion

Aligns internal teams and drives collaboration
Maintains market, client, and therapy area awareness
Leads and develops CP team members
Ensures compliance and quality standards
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Life Science, Project Management or Business
Demonstrates strong account leadership and commercial awareness
Applies strategic thinking to programmes
Provides solutions that go beyond the client brief, to fully address their business challenges
