Responsibilities
Independently identify, approach and acquire new enterprise customers
Develop tailored sales strategies and prepare appropriate business cases
Consultative sales approach: understand customer needs and convincingly communicate the value of Mitel solutions
Build and maintain a network at decision-maker level (C-level, IT management, procurement)
Own the sales pipeline – from lead generation and qualification through to closing
Achieve and exceed sales targets (revenue, pipeline, win rates)
Conduct market and competitive analyses to uncover new business opportunities
Collaborate closely with marketing, pre-sales, product management and channel partners
Participate in trade shows, industry events and networking functions
Coordinate with international colleagues across the DACH region
Requirements
Several years of B2B sales experience in the IT and telecommunications environment
Proven track record in new customer acquisition and a true hunter mentality
Experience engaging with C-level decision-makers
Understanding of IT, cloud and communications solutions (hybrid solutions, UCaaS, CCaaS, SIP, MS Teams integration)
Analytical, creative and strategic thinker with a hands-on approach
Confident use of CRM systems and digital sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
High self-motivation, target orientation and willingness to travel
Good German and English skills, both spoken and written
