Responsibilities
Record temporary employees' working hours for clients in compliance with applicable GAV (collective labor agreement) regulations
Process onboarding and offboarding, and handle all matters related to family allowances and social insurances (AHV, EO, etc.)
Communicate with authorities, social insurance institutions and other external parties
Handle accident and sickness notifications via eAbsence or the relevant portal
Review assignment contracts and employee master data and ensure their accuracy and quality
Manage salary payments and client invoicing, and act as the primary contact for payroll and social insurance enquiries
Requirements
Completed commercial vocational training (e.g., business administration); ideally further training as an HR Assistant or Payroll Specialist
Solid experience in payroll and HR
Structured, precise and solution-oriented working style
Excellent German skills; French or Italian is a plus
Proficient in MS Office
Ideally experience in temporary staffing and with easytemp
Technically minded and quick to learn new software
Team-oriented personality
