About the role
- HR Operations Specialist responsible for payroll and HR operations at enovetic ag in Switzerland. Engaging with clients to ensure smooth service delivery and compliance in HR-related tasks.
Responsibilities
- Record temporary employees' working hours for clients in compliance with applicable GAV (collective labor agreement) regulations
- Process onboarding and offboarding, and handle all matters related to family allowances and social insurances (AHV, EO, etc.)
- Communicate with authorities, social insurance institutions and other external parties
- Handle accident and sickness notifications via eAbsence or the relevant portal
- Review assignment contracts and employee master data and ensure their accuracy and quality
- Manage salary payments and client invoicing, and act as the primary contact for payroll and social insurance enquiries
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training (e.g., business administration); ideally further training as an HR Assistant or Payroll Specialist
- Solid experience in payroll and HR
- Structured, precise and solution-oriented working style
- Excellent German skills; French or Italian is a plus
- Proficient in MS Office
- Ideally experience in temporary staffing and with easytemp
- Technically minded and quick to learn new software
- Team-oriented personality
