Responsibilities
Beheren en optimaliseren van SAP HR/HCM-functionaliteit binnen ECC en S/4HANA.
Ondersteunen van HR-processen zoals instroom, doorstroom, uitstroom en verzuim.
Analyseren en oplossen van incidenten in HR-ketens en integraties.
Samenwerken met HR-stakeholders, IT-teams en externe leveranciers.
Meedenken over vereenvoudiging en toekomstvaste inrichting binnen de S/4-transitie.
Requirements
Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring met SAP HR/HCM en kennis van infotypes en organisatiestructuren.
Ervaring met end-to-end HR-processen en integraties met Workday als bronsysteem.
Basiskennis van ABAP-debugging en analyse van dataproblemen.
Ervaring met SAP CPI of vergelijkbare middleware voor integraties.
Inzicht in SAP-autorisaties en beheer van interfaces binnen een hybride landschap.
Vloeiend in het Nederlands (C1-niveau) vereist.
