About the role
- HR Operations Manager optimizing HR systems, processes, and policies in a financial operations company with a focus on compliance and data integrity.
Responsibilities
- Own and optimize the HRIS, ensuring data integrity, usability, and scalability
- Act as the go-to expert for HR systems, reporting, and process automation
- Support the rollout and ongoing execution of performance management processes
- Facilitate discussions and ensure consistency in approach across the business
- Oversee absence tracking and administration (leave, sickness, etc.)
- Ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle processes
- Maintain HR documentation, employee records, and contractual administration
- Act as a “guardian of process,” holding stakeholders accountable to agreed ways of working
- Continuously review and improve processes for efficiency and scalability including payroll strategies and optimization
- Ensure compliance with local labour laws, internal policies, and audit requirements
Requirements
- Strong experience in HR Operations in a fast-paced or scaling environment
- Hands-on experience with HRIS systems and data management
- Solid understanding of payroll processes
- Experience running or supporting performance management cycles
- High attention to detail with a strong process and compliance mindset
- Ability to operate as a “backend owner” of HR processes while influencing stakeholders
- Comfortable working with data, reporting, and metrics
- Experience supporting organisational change or M&A is a plus
- Experience with HiBob is a plus
