Responsibilities
Support employees through their employment life cycle
Manage recruitment, on-boarding new joiners, and answering day-to-day employee questions
Build and execute feedback processes to drive a high-performance growth culture
Ensure compliance with the local labour laws and regulations
Coach and guide leaders and employees when making compensation, development, and layoffs decisions
Design and deliver training programs
Interview candidates
Drive a high performance and meritocratic culture, through competitive performance, compensation, and development plans
Point of contact and advisor for team leads with all HR-related queries
Manage office and facilities team, including setting up team events to keep team cohesion strong
Look after the administration of HR tools
Report on a weekly basis to the Executive team progress in HR spheres related to talent
Work closely with the Finance and Administration team to ensure smooth running of any talent related process
Requirements
Bachelor degree in HR, Psychology
Master's Degree (MBA or related to HR) is preferred
Minimum 2 years' experience in an HR Manager or generalist position and +4 years in HR, preferably in a high growing environment - ideally in a technology or telecommunications company
Experience having designed and executed performance management, leadership coaching, and total rewards processes
Data-driven decision maker and pragmatic problem solver who can find root causes of issues and gain leadership support to address them
Strong attention to detail
Experience in Multinational environments and matrix organizations
Excellent communication and conflict management skills
Goal orientation, ability to work under pressure and to deal with sensitive and confidential information
Must-have: proven experience working in technology companies
Fluent in English (written and spoken) is required.
