Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive HR advice to the business

Requirements

  • At least 3 years’ experience in a similar senior HR role
  • Fully CIPD Level 7 qualified, ideally with Chartered Member accreditation
  • Excellent knowledge of Employment Law
  • Experienced mediator
  • Outstanding writing skills
  • Influencing and persuasion skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
