Requirements

- Sound working knowledge of employee and industrial relations with the ability to advise leaders on complex matters
- Demonstrated ability to coach, influence and support leaders rather than direct outcomes
- Strong communication, interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills
- Well-developed planning and organisational capability in a fast-paced site environment
