Responsibilities
Partner closely with the Site Leadership Team to support effective people leadership and decision-making
Provide guidance and coaching across a broad range of people matters
Contribute across industrial and employee relations, performance and conduct matters, employee engagement, workforce planning, and organisational change
Coach and support site leaders, assisting supervisors and managers to build capability in people leadership within a demanding operational environment
Requirements
Relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or a related discipline
Proven experience as a Senior HR Business Partner, or a seasoned HRBP ready to progress into a senior role
Sound working knowledge of employee and industrial relations with the ability to advise leaders on complex matters
Demonstrated ability to coach, influence and support leaders rather than direct outcomes
Strong communication, interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills
Well-developed planning and organisational capability in a fast-paced site environment
