Responsibilities

  • Local HR partner for execution of People Strategies
  • hourly talent acquisition
  • employee relations activities
  • retention analysis & action planning
  • HR Administration for On and Off boarding
  • payroll, timekeeping and compliance
  • administers companywide HR initiatives
  • coach and influences leaders and associates
  • conducts employee investigations

Requirements

  • Associate or experience preferred education level
  • 2 to 3 Years of HR Generalist Experience preferred
  • 1 Years of Recruitment Experience preferred
  • 1 Years of Employee Relations Experience
  • 1 Years of Employee Investigation Experience
  • 0 HR Administration Experience (generalist payroll, etc)
