Responsibilities
Support the design, coordination, and execution of HR programs such as onboarding, leadership development, training sessions, and engagement initiatives.
Coordinate logistics for HR events, workshops, town halls, and internal communications activities.
Assist in the creation of presentations, training materials, communication decks, and guides for HR initiatives.
Manage and follow up on the corporate onboarding experience, ensuring a smooth integration for new hires.
Provide support in employer branding and internal culture initiatives.
Address employee inquiries by providing guidance on HR platforms, policies, and processes through ticketing systems.
Provide general administrative support to the HR team related to people development and engagement initiatives.
Requirements
Currently enrolled student in Psychology, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related fields.
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
Intermediate English: able to participate in basic conversations and understand written and spoken information.
Availability to work part-time (8:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.).
Strong interest in Learning & Development, employee experience, and organizational culture.
