About the role

  • HR Intern supporting recruitment, training, and employee engagement initiatives at IFF. Seeking currently enrolled students in relevant fields.

Responsibilities

  • Support the design, coordination, and execution of HR programs such as onboarding, leadership development, training sessions, and engagement initiatives.
  • Coordinate logistics for HR events, workshops, town halls, and internal communications activities.
  • Assist in the creation of presentations, training materials, communication decks, and guides for HR initiatives.
  • Manage and follow up on the corporate onboarding experience, ensuring a smooth integration for new hires.
  • Provide support in employer branding and internal culture initiatives.
  • Address employee inquiries by providing guidance on HR platforms, policies, and processes through ticketing systems.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team related to people development and engagement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled student in Psychology, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Intermediate English: able to participate in basic conversations and understand written and spoken information.
  • Availability to work part-time (8:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.).
  • Strong interest in Learning & Development, employee experience, and organizational culture.
