Responsibilities
Support the execution of the organizational culture cycle (e.g., Great Place to Work - GPTW);
Assist with the administration and monitoring of the employee climate survey;
Support the development and monitoring of action plans for climate and engagement;
Support internal communication initiatives and engagement activities;
Assist in identifying Training/Development needs (training needs assessment - TNA);
Assist with the organization and logistics of training sessions (invitations, attendance lists, materials, etc.);
Support the procurement and contracting of training vendors;
Monitor and update the training platform;
Support the measurement of T&D results and indicators.
Requirements
Academic background: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields, with expected graduation in 2028 or later and availability to intern for up to 2 years.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
