About the role

  • Intern in HR at CAIXA Consórcio supporting organizational culture, climate, training, and development initiatives. Engaging in strategic projects to promote staff development and cultural strengthening.

Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of the organizational culture cycle (e.g., Great Place to Work - GPTW);
  • Assist with the administration and monitoring of the employee climate survey;
  • Support the development and monitoring of action plans for climate and engagement;
  • Support internal communication initiatives and engagement activities;
  • Assist in identifying Training/Development needs (training needs assessment - TNA);
  • Assist with the organization and logistics of training sessions (invitations, attendance lists, materials, etc.);
  • Support the procurement and contracting of training vendors;
  • Monitor and update the training platform;
  • Support the measurement of T&D results and indicators.

Requirements

  • Academic background: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields, with expected graduation in 2028 or later and availability to intern for up to 2 years.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
  • Behavioral competencies: Proactivity; sense of ownership; strong interpersonal and written communication skills; organization and attention to detail; teamwork; interest in human development, organizational culture, and learning.
