Responsibilities
Participate in the development, maintenance, and administration of systems supporting foundational HR programs, including HRIS employee data and benefits administration.

Respond to general HR inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Prepare employment letters, monthly newsletters, and other HR communications.
Requirements
Previous experience supporting HR programs, systems, or implementations.
Post‑secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive and confidential information.
Excellent organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Experience with ADP Workforce Now (WFN) or BambooHR a strong asset.
