Manage the sales process for our courses through all stages of the sales funnel;
Proactively reach out to leads via phone, WhatsApp and chat;
Log all incoming and outgoing contact activities in the CRM;
Stay informed about our courses, institution, and internal procedures;

Experience in consultative sales
Experience providing customer support via phone and WhatsApp
Strong verbal and written communication skills
