Responsibilities
Actively prospect companies using tools, email, phone, WhatsApp and LinkedIn
Identify decision-makers and opportunities within the agency’s ideal client profile
Conduct a consultative sales approach focused on generating new opportunities
Lead sales meetings and proposal presentations
Follow up on ongoing negotiations
Close new commercial contracts
Maintain and update the CRM with history, stages, activities and opportunity statuses
Work with a focus on sales targets and conversion
Collaborate with marketing and leadership for continuous improvement of outreach, messaging and commercial performance
Monitor KPIs and propose adjustments to increase conversion rates
Requirements
Experience with active prospecting and closing sales
Background in B2B consultative selling
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to conduct negotiations and handle objections
Organized, autonomous and disciplined in managing your own pipeline
Comfortable working with targets and KPIs
Experience with commercial CRM systems
Proactive, responsible and results-oriented profile
Experience selling digital marketing services, inbound marketing, consulting or technology (preferred)
Experience with RD Station CRM or similar tools (preferred)
Knowledge of SPIN Selling, BANT, NEAT, NEPQ or other consultative sales methodologies (preferred)
Experience selling to B2B companies (preferred)
