Responsibilities
Work with the Paid Media Director and channel specialists to support the development and execution of Paid Search and App strategies.
Be hands-on in our accounts, optimising complex, high-spending global programs across Google Ads (Search & UAC) and Apple Search Ads (ASA).
Stay up to date with the latest trends and innovations in Paid Search, App, and digital marketing.
Suggest and execute A/B and incrementality tests across campaigns to drive continuous learning and performance improvement.
Use enterprise analytics tools (e.g. Looker) to analyse performance and identify insights.
Partner closely with Product, Data Science, and Engineering to help deliver technical improvements that improve campaign efficiency and scalability.
Take ownership of tracking and pacing allocated budgets, ensuring planned spend is achieved.
Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, simplifying complexity and building confidence in recommendations.
Requirements
2–3 years of hands-on experience managing large-scale Google Ads (Search, UAC) and Apple Search Ads (ASA) campaigns
Experience with automation, scripts, and ad platform APIs is a strong plus.
Highly analytical and data-driven, comfortable working with performance data to identify trends, diagnose issues, and recommend optimisations. Experience with enterprise tools (e.g. Looker) or advanced spreadsheets is beneficial.
Experience managing complex, high-spend campaigns across multiple markets or product lines, ideally within e-commerce, technology, or marketplace environments.
Strong communicator with curiosity and ambition to continuously improve. Thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
