Responsibilities
Lead full-cycle recruitment for leadership and senior roles across the organization, from sourcing through to offer stage.
Design and execute proactive sourcing strategies to build pipelines of high-caliber senior candidates.
Track and report on recruitment performance and pipeline health, leveraging data to inform decisions and continuously improve processes.
Partner closely with the Leadership Team, providing expert guidance on hiring strategies, market insights, and best practices for senior-level talent acquisition.
Collaborate with the wider Talent and People teams on initiatives related to employer branding, candidate experience, and process enhancements.
Deliver an outstanding candidate experience, acting as a trusted ambassador for Plum’s culture and values at every stage.
Requirements
3+ years of full cycle recruitment experience in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment, with proven success in leadership or senior-level hiring.
Ability to independently manage multiple complex searches and prioritize effectively in a dynamic setting.
Data-driven mindset, comfortable using metrics and insights to optimize recruitment outcomes.
Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels, including executives.
Hands-on experience with ATS platforms (Workable experience is a plus).
Strong judgment in evaluating leadership talent and understanding what constitutes high performance in a product-led, growth-oriented company.
Collaborative, proactive, and accountable, with a high level of ownership.
