Lead from the front with high personal billings - aiming £150k from your own portfolio in year one.
Be the key sales influencer on the floor, motivating the team through visible activity, pace, and standards.
Accelerate contract revenue through a hunter mentality: strong pipeline, land‑and‑expand approach, minimum 5+ active clients.
Build momentum in the London office through hands‑on coaching, daily sales rhythm and consistent behaviours.
Strengthen forecasting accuracy and identify new business opportunities.
Develop People & Teams
Quickly build capability across a team with mixed experience levels.
Provide daily coaching on sales activity, pipeline building, client development and best‑in‑class delivery.

Strengthen Client Partnerships
Lead from the front in client generation - you’ll be the voice of best practice for new business.

Bring energy and presence into the London office at least four days a week , helping build culture, community and team cohesion.
