About the role

  • Sales Recruitment Leader overseeing London Technology recruitment team. Leading sales performance and developing consultants within a high-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Drive Sales Performance
  • Lead from the front with high personal billings - aiming £150k from your own portfolio in year one.
  • Be the key sales influencer on the floor, motivating the team through visible activity, pace, and standards.
  • Accelerate contract revenue through a hunter mentality: strong pipeline, land‑and‑expand approach, minimum 5+ active clients.
  • Build momentum in the London office through hands‑on coaching, daily sales rhythm and consistent behaviours.
  • Strengthen forecasting accuracy and identify new business opportunities.
  • Develop People & Teams
  • Quickly build capability across a team with mixed experience levels.
  • Provide daily coaching on sales activity, pipeline building, client development and best‑in‑class delivery.
  • Set clear expectations around: work ethic • resilience • influence • ambition
  • Build a high‑performance environment grounded in engagement, pace, and shared standards.
  • Strengthen Client Partnerships
  • Lead from the front in client generation - you’ll be the voice of best practice for new business.
  • Ensure a strong balance of fulfilment and sales, supporting consultants to build healthy portfolios.
  • Foster consultative, long‑term client relationships that align with our growth targets.
  • Lead With Purpose
  • Bring energy and presence into the London office at least four days a week , helping build culture, community and team cohesion.
  • Work collaboratively with senior leadership to maintain pace and elevate performance.
  • Demonstrate behaviours that inspire and lead from the front.

Requirements

  • A hands‑on recruiter who loves being active “on the tools” and doesn’t want to step back from sales.
  • A natural influencer who can win hearts and minds and set the tone for the team.
  • A strong biller with a clear track record of self‑generated revenue and a diverse client portfolio.
  • Resilient, driven, commercially minded and excited to build a London team with huge potential.
  • Comfortable in a contract‑heavy market , with both perm and contract experience being applicable.
  • A positive cultural presence who contributes to office energy, team connection, and overall morale.
