Responsibilities
Attract & recruit world-class talent across all functions using outbound sourcing, referrals, and creative strategies. This role is fully outbound.
Develop and refine the candidate experience, ensuring every candidate interaction reflects our values and high standards.
Build and promote our employer brand to attract top-tier talent via social channels, events, and content.
Partner with hiring managers to scope roles, create job descriptions, and guide them through effective hiring processes.
Advise on hiring priorities and ensure strategic alignment between team needs and recruitment efforts.
Continuously improve hiring operations, including interview processes, tools, documentation, and analytics.
Contribute to building and nurturing our company culture, helping to ensure we scale with intention and care.
Support HR processes including onboarding, performance reviews, employee engagement, and spend tracking.
Requirements
3+ years experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, ideally at high-growth startups or strong recruiting agencies.
Proven track record of filling high-impact roles across a range of departments.
Deep understanding of full-cycle recruiting and sourcing strategies.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build trust across teams.
Experience using ATS and recruiting tools (e.g., Ashby, Greenhouse, Gem, etc.).
Passion for company culture and people development.
Ability to work independently and drive projects forward in a fast-paced environment.
