Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle
  • Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies

  • Design creative sourcing strategies across multiple channels
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of recruitment experience specifically in FinTech, Banking, or Financial Services
  • Fluent in English and French
  • Strong communicator: You build rapport easily with candidates and stakeholders alike
  • Knowledge of FinTech ecosystem and regulatory landscape
