- Work with a global Talent Acquisition team in end-to-end recruitment processes
- Assist in the interview and selection process for various roles

- Maintain accurate recruitment data, including candidate records, for analysis
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging recruitment practices
- Assist in creating and implementing workforce planning strategies

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 7 to 10 years of proven experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on supporting end to end recruitment processes and Senior roles
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with recruitment teams and provide support
- Strong organizational and time management skills in managing recruitment projects
- Eagerness to contribute to and learn from a dynamic talent acquisition team
- Continuous learner who keeps up to date with industry knowledge and the latest recruitment technologies
