Responsibilities
Work with a global Talent Acquisition team in end-to-end recruitment processes
Assist in the interview and selection process for various roles
Coordinate recruitment activities with team members and hiring managers
Stake holder management
Maintain accurate recruitment data, including candidate records, for analysis
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging recruitment practices
Assist in creating and implementing workforce planning strategies
Participate in onboarding processes for new hires
Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless candidate experience
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
7 to 10 years of proven experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on supporting end to end recruitment processes and Senior roles
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with recruitment teams and provide support
Strong organizational and time management skills in managing recruitment projects
Eagerness to contribute to and learn from a dynamic talent acquisition team
Continuous learner who keeps up to date with industry knowledge and the latest recruitment technologies
