Responsibilities
Own end-to-end recruitment for Go-To-Market roles, from sourcing to closing.
Identify and engage top talent, building strong pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to understand hiring needs and act as a trusted advisor.
Deliver a consistent, high-quality candidate experience across all touchpoints.
Train and support hiring managers and interviewers to ensure effective and structured hiring processes.
Contribute to and execute Talent Acquisition strategies and initiatives alongside the broader Talent team.
Act as a FlowX.AI brand ambassador, strengthening our employer brand throughout the hiring journey.
Requirements
1+ years of experience in GTM recruiting, with a strong focus on Sales and Marketing roles.
Deep understanding of the SaaS landscape and ability to engage with technical and commercial profiles.
Proven ability to source and attract high-demand talent using creative and data-driven approaches.
Experience partnering with and influencing senior stakeholders throughout the hiring process.
Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously in a fast-paced environment (start-up experience).
Background recruiting for high-growth or software companies is highly desirable.
Familiarity with ATS platforms and modern recruiting tools.
Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
