About the role
- Talent Acquisition Partner supporting recruiting projects and initiatives at Faith Technologies. Providing customer service and recruitment process support to internal and external customers.
Responsibilities
- Supports Recruiting projects and initiatives in multiple areas
- Provides customer service to internal and external customers (i.e. applicants and current employees)
- Supports the recruitment process (posts open positions to external recruitment sites, schedules phone screens, schedules onsite interviews as needed, administers candidate assessments, schedules and updates Applicant Tracking System)
- Supports other Talent Acquisition Partners in high school and college recruitment as needed
- Supports the processing and tracking of ACE program candidates
- Actively participates in Faith’s hiring referral and mentoring program, as appropriate
- Performs other related duties as required and assigned
Requirements
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications or Education preferred
- Three to six months of administrative experience in Human Resources
- High School Diploma or GED
