Responsibilities
**What You’ll Do**
Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to meet Anatomage’s hiring needs including creating and implementing innovative sourcing techniques
Lead, mentor and manage a team of recruiters to achieve their hiring goals and enhance their professional development
Collaborate with senior management and department heads to understand hiring needs and define roles requirements
Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting and candidate sourcing to interviewing, offer negotiation and onboarding
Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends and talent pools
Track and report key recruitment metrics, including time to fill, cost per hire, and candidate quality and make data driven decision to improve recruitment process
Requirements
**Minimum Education and Experience Required:**
Bachelor's degree in Human resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
Minimum of 3-5 years of recruitment experience
Proven track record or successfully recruiting for a range of positions, including technical and senior-level roles
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing strategies, and candidate assessment techniques
Excellent leadership and communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in using applicant tracking system (ATS) and other recruitment tools
