About the role

  • Senior Recruiter responsible for recruitment strategies within Business & Operations at Veepee. Collaborating with teams across Europe to ensure effective candidate experiences.

Responsibilities

  • As part of a distributed European HR team, you will work as a Senior Recruiter & Lead for the Business and Operations scopes at Group level.
  • You will report directly to the Group Recruitment Director and collaborate closely with recruiters and distributed HR teams across Europe.
  • You will be the primary point of contact for recruitment in these areas, ensuring the quality of recruitment standards and processes, consistency of practices, and a smooth candidate experience.
  • As a true business partner, you will be responsible for translating company objectives into effective recruitment strategies while supporting and influencing stakeholders and local Talent Acquisition teams across different countries.
  • Act as a trusted partner and recruitment expert for Business & Operations leaders: understand their challenges and translate them into tailored hiring strategies.
  • Contribute to redesigning or improving standards, processes or tools to continuously enhance hiring quality and recruitment team efficiency.
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for key, strategic and/or complex positions; define the candidate identification strategy and direct sourcing techniques.
  • Serve as a reference for other recruiters on complex or critical hires.

Requirements

  • Significant experience as a recruiter, ideally with both agency and in-house experience.
  • Ability to manage strategic, complex and international recruitments requiring mastery of talent identification and direct sourcing techniques.
  • Experience in direct or indirect team management (mentoring, coaching, acting as a reference).
  • Proven track record recruiting and evaluating B2B commercial profiles, ideally in e-commerce/retail environments (key account managers, business developers, etc.).
  • Demonstrated ability to operate in matrixed, international organizations.
  • Strong executive presence and excellent communication skills to address senior stakeholders.
  • Strong interest in AI, data and analytical approaches.
  • Agile, proactive and solution-oriented.
  • Fluent English is required.
  • Spanish highly desirable.
