Responsibilities
Preparing price quotes for pump spare parts and ensuring their timely dispatch
Checking business terms and conditions and documentation in SAP and ensuring compliance with legal requirements
Verifying customer orders and ensuring their fulfillment
Acting as the main contact for customers and the sales team in the area of pump spare parts
Demonstrate a fundamental understanding of pump applications and types, a clear understanding of parts, programs, and processes to best drive solutions
Sales support, recommending complementary products, and participating in meetings with customers
Create/maintain customer contract process standardizations in alignment with global processes.
Requirements
BS or BA Degree in relevant field
0-2 years relevant experience
Industry experience related to pumps/rotating equipment
Fluent knowledge of English and Dutch is a must
Experience with customer relationship management in the power generation and utility industries
Experience in Sales Force
Experience in pricing, contract review and ERP administration (SAP)
