Sales Development Representative qualifying leads for Wellhub's Client Sales team in Brazil. First line of contact converting conversations into qualified business opportunities.
Responsibilities
Generate business opportunities by engaging with and qualifying leads who come through website chat, and by following up via phone and email.
Respond quickly to leads who request contact, providing fast, consultative service.
Qualify and understand lead needs through structured chat conversations, identifying whether Wellhub solutions are a good fit.
Be highly organized to manage multiple simultaneous chat interactions, prioritize leads, and ensure no opportunities are missed.
Maintain high activity levels and focus on productivity, including the volume of chats, calls, and follow-up emails.
Develop creative approaches to engage potential clients, ensuring an excellent pre-sales experience.
Communicate complex solutions in corporate settings, presenting the Wellhub value proposition clearly and persuasively.
Collaborate with Account Executives to build and validate opportunities for meetings and product demonstrations.
Keep the CRM updated with accurate, detailed information on chat interactions and lead qualification status.
Requirements
Live in São Paulo.
Available to come into the office once a week.
Previous experience in pre-sales (inbound), sales, customer service (chat/support), or corporate/account relationship management.
Communicative, outgoing, and enthusiastic, with strong writing skills and active listening ability to conduct effective qualification conversations via chat.
Ambitious and persistent, driven by metrics and highly self-motivated to manage a high volume of inbound leads.
Very receptive to training and adaptable to change, able to work across multiple initiatives and projects.
Curious and interested in learning and development, open to improvements through training, adaptability, and involvement in specific projects.
Adaptable and optimistic, able to work well in an international environment and proven to be an excellent team player.
Intermediate level of English (especially reading and writing), as we are part of a global business unit and our tools are in English.
Professional experience with tools such as Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
