About the role

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and guide the SDR team to meet targets and achieve results;
  • Define strategies and guidelines aligned with the Group's commercial objectives;
  • Foster a collaborative, motivating, and high-performance environment;
  • Plan and deliver training programs for team development;
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide continuous feedback;
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to generate qualified leads;
  • Improve lead qualification and distribution processes;
  • Monitor metrics such as conversion, scheduled meetings, and opportunity generation;
  • Identify improvements and implement actions to increase team performance;

Requirements

  • Currently studying or degree completed in commercial management, marketing, public relations, or related fields.
  • Knowledge of Google Workspace
  • Solid understanding of lead generation and qualification best practices
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools
  • Knowledge of sales methodologies
  • Experience leading a pre-sales (SDR) team
