HR Coordinator managing employee onboarding and HR system records for Marshalls plc in Hybrid role. Seeking detail-oriented individuals for maternity cover in Elland, England.
Responsibilities
A core part of the role is to ensure that HR system records are accurately maintained and to manage key, complex processes such as onboarding, offboarding, and every system-led change in between.
This includes accurate data entry and working through detailed system processes.
You’ll be the first point of contact for HR queries, offering support in navigating our internal HR system, advice on benefit queries, and signposting to relevant policy enquiries.
Your role will require you to ensure compliance with employment regulations while working closely with other HR teams on projects specific to Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Reward, HR Information Systems, Payroll and Internal Communications.
All the while considering smooth operations and identifying opportunities for process improvements.

Requirements
Experience in a similar role would be ideal
Meticulous eye for detail, ensuring all your work is of the highest quality, free from errors and polished to perfection

Experience and enjoyment in working with information and systems

Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to manage sensitive information confidentially
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate information and instructions clearly and concisely to diverse audiences
Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to handle a varied workload efficiently
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) is essential
A collaborative team player who excels at sharing tasks and working harmoniously with others
Bonus points if you have:
Experience with HR systems and/or expertise in employee experience

Hybrid, working at least each Wednesday at our Head Office in Elland, but occasionally more if ad hoc meetings are required.
We can offer a minimum of 30 part-time hours, but need cover Monday – Friday and afternoon cover till at least 5pm
