Responsibilities
Analyze and validate compensation data prior to merit and bonus processing.
Audit allocation logic for reporting, team factor blends, and review individual pro-rations, bonus exceptions and promotions.
Reconcile data across HRIS, payroll, and compensation systems.
Identify discrepancies and partner with COE leads to resolve issues prior to final processing.
Support configuration testing related to merit and bonus cycles.
Execute structured test cases and validate calculation outputs, configured warning messages, plan eligibility, and hierarchical access.
Document defects and coordinate resolution with TR IT and COE Compensation teams.
Build and maintain recurring Total Rewards reports, including compensation cycle analytics and operational delivery metrics.
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in Compensation, Payroll, HR Operations, Finance, or data-intensive roles.
Advanced Excel proficiency, including large dataset manipulation, audit review, and structured reporting.
Experience supporting compensation cycles, payroll validation, or HR system testing preferred.
Experience working with Oracle HCM or similar HRIS platforms preferred.
Experience building structured dashboards or automated reporting solutions preferred.
Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver within defined deadlines.
