About the role
- Junior HR Technology Administrator supporting and advancing Arrow’s usage of HR technology solutions. Administering systems, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring HR data integrity.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate the day-to-day administrative requirements of the various HR Systems (e.g., Workday, ServiceNow)
- Activities to include maintenance of user profiles (systems access and security) and system tables (adds/changes/deletes)
- Assist in the review, testing and implementation of HR system upgrades or patches
- Collaborate with functional and technical staff to coordinate application of upgrade or fix
- Provide support for HR colleagues by researching and resolving HR System problems, unexpected results, or process flaws
- Perform scheduled data audits to identify and resolve data discrepancies and recommend solutions or alternate methods to avoid recurrence
- Perform mass data uploads into Workday utilizing EIB processes and maintaining EIB template library
- Write, maintain, and support a variety of documentation for HR Technology including business process workflows, user guides and knowledge articles
- Work with other internal resources to develop user procedures and guidelines and documentation
- Work with HR Technology Management to develop and ensure training materials are in place for new hires
Requirements
- 1-2 years HR Technology/HRSC experience preferred with direct responsibility in the areas of HR systems administration or maintenance
- Requires a bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a closely related field
- Aptitude for working with HRIS
- Experience working with Workday, ServiceNow, Cornerstone, or SharePoint is an advantage, but not a requirement
- Experience using problem solving methodologies and structured process analysis
- Advanced level Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills
- Ability to handle multiple and varied priorities simultaneously and deliver within defined deadlines
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Highly effective in a team environment
