Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and oversight in HR functions for government contracts.
  • Manage HR strategies, programs, and initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and contracting labor requirements.
  • Coordinate recruiting efforts and oversee onboarding processes.
  • Administer compensation programs and evaluate payroll activities for compliance.
  • Support employee relations and manage performance management processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
  • 7+ years HR management experience in government contracting.
  • SHRM Certification or HRCI Certification.
  • U.S. Citizenship.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance up to and including Top Secret (TS).
