About the role

  • Intern position in Talent Management for a global supply chain leader, engaging in recruitment and HR strategy projects.

Responsibilities

  • Talent Sourcing: help identify those “stars” who didn’t even know they wanted to work here.
  • Business Partnering: understand what stakeholders and teams need.
  • End-to-end Projects: have a great idea for employee engagement or training? We’ll bring it to life together.
  • Hands-on: yes, there are spreadsheets and processes; you’ll receive strong support while contributing to several strategic HR subsystems — Total Rewards, Talent Attraction, DEI, Organizational Development, Training, and HR Business Partnering. We do it with music and purpose.
  • Learn to be a real HR professional: experience the day-to-day of practical HR work and move beyond the dry classroom theories.

Requirements

  • Enrolled in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or Engineering.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills; advanced level is a plus.
  • Availability to intern in the Osasco, SP region.
