- Het informeren en adviseren van medewerkers, lijnmanagers en HR collega's.
- Het bieden van een proactieve bijdrage tot de optimalisatie van bestaande HR processen.
Requirements
- All round passie in Human resources en een sterke drive om medewerkers verder te helpen aangaande allerlei HR vragen.
- Enthousiast, sociaal & communicatief.
- Perfecte tweetaligheid in het Frans en Nederlands.
- Een passie hebt voor HR en gedreven om de verschillende HR domeinen te leren kennen.
