Responsibilities
You will actively support our HR department’s day-to-day operations with administrative and organizational tasks.
You will reliably prepare employment references, certificates and other important employee-related documents.
You will carefully maintain and update our personnel files.
You will take on small HR projects and research interesting HR topics.
In applicant management, you will assist with coordinating appointments, preparing and following them up, and aligning with managers.
Last but not least, you will help us make our work and processes more efficient.
Requirements
You demonstrate strong academic performance (e.g., in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Psychology or a comparable field) and have a strong interest in HR topics.
Ideally, you have initial exposure and practical experience in the HR area.
You have a careful, structured and independent way of working.
Discretion and a responsible approach to handling confidential information are a given for you.
You are motivated to actively improve processes and tackle challenges; your proactive nature helps you do this.
You are communicative, a true team player and eager to contribute to our HR department.
You are willing to support on-site regularly in addition to remote work and can commit to at least 12 hours per week.
