Responsibilities
Support the setup and day-to-day HR operations in Romania, ensuring processes run smoothly and compliantly.
Maintain and improve HR processes (contracts, onboarding, payroll inputs, employee data) to ensure consistency and accuracy.
Ensure clean and reliable data flows between HR, payroll, and finance.
Identify inefficiencies in current processes and propose practical improvements.
Act as a reliable point of contact for our Romanian team.
Support alignment of local HR practices with company standards while adapting to Romanian requirements.
Requirements
+4 years of experience in HR Operations / HR Specialist roles.
Strong knowledge of Romanian employment law (contracts, amendments, terminations)
Solid understanding of payroll processes (inputs, validations, common errors)
Experience working with payroll providers or internal payroll teams.
Experience managing or supporting hiring processes end-to-end.
