Responsibilities
- Support the setup and day-to-day HR operations in Romania, ensuring processes run smoothly and compliantly.
- Maintain and improve HR processes (contracts, onboarding, payroll inputs, employee data) to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Ensure clean and reliable data flows between HR, payroll, and finance.
- Identify inefficiencies in current processes and propose practical improvements.
- Act as a reliable point of contact for our Romanian team.
- Support alignment of local HR practices with company standards while adapting to Romanian requirements.
Requirements
- +4 years of experience in HR Operations / HR Specialist roles.
- Strong knowledge of Romanian employment law (contracts, amendments, terminations)
- Solid understanding of payroll processes (inputs, validations, common errors)
- Experience working with payroll providers or internal payroll teams.
- Experience managing or supporting hiring processes end-to-end.
- Experience handling employee lifecycle processes end-to-end (onboarding, changes, exits)
- Experience working in international or multi-country environments (hands-on involvement)
- Background in SaaS, tech, or fast-paced companies.
