Responsibilities
Manage a B2B client portfolio, prospecting new accounts from emerging opportunities;
Present the product portfolio and serve customers through digital channels (Inside Sales);
Sell mobile and fixed-line telephony products, IT and advanced solutions, and value-added services;
Monitor channel- and portfolio-specific KPIs; analyze, plan, and execute activities and sales to meet and exceed targets;
Track the sales workflow, identifying failure points, backlogs, and outstanding issues that could block or prevent a sale;
Manage daily reports to monitor sales;
Act to resolve critical situations through regular client contact and close collaboration with internal teams.
Requirements
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite;
