Responsibilities
Use all means (Cold-call, video-call, LinkedIn, e-mailing, and beyond) to connect with your audience
Be first point of contact for some of the world´s leading brands
Collect all information and understand the needs of potential customers
Evangelize our prospects about the Speexx solution
Make data-driven decisions to improve your results
Constantly adjust the metrics and tech stack for the outbound process
Work closely with the international Speexx prospecting teams
Maintain a strong relationship with the sales team through clear communication and follow-up
Work closely with the marketing team to run campaigns and drive attendance to key events and content
Provide feedback (prospect needs, industry trends, market perception, competitive intelligence, etc.) to both management and the company's marketing team
Report on results and hit and exceed key metrics
Requirements
Experience working in a similar role with a proven record of exceeding quotas in the past
Ability to work in a fast-moving B2B business environment
Excellent quantitative skills and an analytical, data-driven mindset, as well as a passion for testing, analyzing, and iterating
Proficiency in using social media tools, Microsoft office package (specially Excel), and CRM
Experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Data Studio, KISSMetrics, or others
Understand and work with data-driven prospecting campaigns is a great plus
Fluent in Spanish, very good command of English (other languages, especially Portuguese, are a plus)
