Responsibilities
Conduct end-to-end Recruitment and Selection processes for all levels and areas (operations, administrative, tech, management).
Ensure a positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers throughout the process.
Act as a Business Partner, supporting leaders in people decisions, interpreting people-related metrics, internal movements and management best practices.
Participate directly in the performance evaluation cycle, supporting managers in its execution, organization and understanding of deliverables.
Guide employees and leaders on continuous feedback, development pathways, Individual Development Plans (IDP) and management best practices.
Support and structure training programs, internal learning tracks and educational partnerships.
Own Internal Communications, ensuring clarity, alignment and consistency with the company culture.
Lead and execute Organizational Culture initiatives and rituals, contributing to their consolidation across the company.
Work in an analytical and hands-on manner, proposing improvements, monitoring metrics and ensuring timely deliveries.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources or related fields.
Prior experience in Recruitment and Selection across multiple levels and profiles.
Ability to act as a business partner with a consultative mindset, active listening skills and the ability to advise leaders on people-related matters.
Experience in human development, feedback, Individual Development Plans (IDP) and performance evaluation.
Strong communication skills, empathy, organizational ability and capacity to interact with different audiences.
Hands-on, proactive, collaborative and results-oriented profile.
A keen eye for culture, climate and organizational behavior.
Eagerness to learn and grow within Human Resources.
