Responsibilities
Conduct day-to-day administration for the HR department.
Collaborate with hiring managers, recruiter and team leads to support the hiring process.
Create bilingual employment contracts and other required documentation.
Assist with onboarding (safety training, setting up workspaces, etc.) and offboarding employees, including plan annual medical checks for new and current employees.
Guide performance cases in collaboration with the operations People team.
Update employee registration system with mutations.
Manage employee files and compliance documentation.
Coordinate shifts and attendance with the Office Manager, Team Leads and Payroll.
Assist with compliance documentation and track employee attendance and leave records.
Contribute to maintaining the Slovenia country HR page up to date, while ensuring information and policies comply with Slovenian legislation.
Requirements
Minimum of bachelor education level.
At least 3 years of solid experience in an HR related job, including knowledge of Slovene labor law and regulations
Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality for sensitive topics.
Independent and proactive mindset, with self-directed work environment proficiency.
Organized with attention to detail.
Fluent in Slovene and English.
