- Wundmanager specializing in the treatment and care of chronic wounds in patients' homes. Assisting in providing quality care through professional wound management and collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Professional care of chronic and/or hard-to-heal wounds
- Digital wound documentation
- Counseling, support and education for patients and their relatives
- Close collaboration with other professionals involved in wound care to ensure optimal patient treatment
- Management of prescriptions and supplies
- Maintaining and expanding the existing client base
- Compliance with legal regulations and guidelines
Requirements
- State-recognized qualification as a Registered Nurse, Pediatric Nurse, Geriatric Nurse or Nursing Specialist
- Professional experience in wound care advantageous but not required
- Completed advanced training as a wound specialist or willingness to undertake such training
- Strong communication skills and a good understanding of patients’ needs
- Reliable and responsible work ethic
- Valid driver’s license (Class B)
