Responsibilities
Manage the portfolio of IT initiatives including programs, products, services, and platforms
Ensure alignment with business strategy and optimal resource utilization
Lead prioritization efforts and facilitate governance forums
Monitor portfolio performance through financial and delivery metrics
Collaborate with program/project managers, scrum masters, product owners and business stakeholders
Identify and mitigate portfolio risks
Monitor and report on portfolio performance
Facilitate the optimization of resource allocation across the portfolio
Manage stakeholder relationships
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering or related field
8+ years of experience in portfolio, demand or enterprise initiative management
Required experience in Portfolio Management / Demand Management
Strong understanding of portfolio governance, prioritization frameworks, and value-based decision making
Ability to operate in ambiguous, transformational environments
High level of stakeholder management and influence
Ability to work independently and proactively
Strong communication skills
Experience using portfolio/project tools (e.g., MS Project, SharePoint, Teams, Azure DevOps)
