Responsibilities
Actively advise and support our customers
Operate the cash register, perform cash reconciliation, and handle opening and closing procedures
Implement commercial targets based on the commercial calendar
Ensure smooth day-to-day shop operations
Plan daily workflows and staffing (including break scheduling) and coordinate upcoming daily tasks
Provide organizational and professional leadership to the sales team
Maintain and develop employees' professional competence
Onboard and train new employees
Perform various administrative tasks
Participate in the “Glasi 2035” project team
Requirements
Completed vocational training in retail (apprenticeship or equivalent)
Several years of managerial experience in retail
Entrepreneurial mindset and structured way of working
Strong leadership personality with clear communication and assertiveness
High service and quality orientation
Independent, reliable and organized work approach
Excellent German skills; English skills are an advantage
Good user skills in Excel and common merchandise management/ERP systems
