About the role

  • IT Project Manager overseeing projects in logistics, production, and assembly at L-mobile. Leading client projects with a team of developers and solution architects while ensuring successful project completion.

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer projects across analysis, solution design and rollout together with your team of developers and solution architects
  • Take responsibility for multi-project management and the concurrent implementation of several digitization projects in logistics, production or assembly
  • Analyze customer processes and develop tailored solution concepts based on our standard software and individual customizations
  • Prepare project documentation to enable reliable effort estimation and efficient development
  • Serve as the central point of contact for customers, ensure milestones are met and provide technical clarification throughout the project lifecycle
  • Conduct workshops and project meetings and handle challenging situations with composure
  • Monitor budget, schedules and quality to ensure a commercially successful project completion

Requirements

  • Initial experience in IT project management, ideally in a multi-project environment or in managing complex software projects
  • Experience with an ERP system or knowledge of logistics, production or assembly processes is required; ideally you have both
  • Strong process-analytical, conceptual and solution-oriented thinking
  • Native-level German and fluent English for collaboration with international teams
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, confident presence and professional stakeholder management skills
  • Structured, reliable and independent way of working
  • Team player with intercultural competence and willingness to travel within the DACH region
