About the role

  • District Manager responsible for driving sales success across diverse territories. Focusing on customer relationships and strategic initiatives while working closely with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Leverage deep understanding of the business, market trends, and competitive dynamics to guide decisions
  • Deliver clear, tailored communication across multiple formats
  • Build trusted, long term relationships with customers
  • Translate complex product and service capabilities into compelling, customer specific value stories
  • Apply strong knowledge of industry structure and channel dynamics to optimize go to market approaches
  • Develop clear, actionable account strategies, monitor pipeline health
  • Synthesize complex data, customer insights, and market signals to shape tailored solutions

Requirements

  • No contract or pricing responsibilities
  • 40% of customers are in Utah. This role will require you to be in Utah approximately 80% of the time, with frequent in‑person customer interaction.
  • 4 state territory / Utah, Idaho, Wyoming, Colorado. Will require overnight stays
  • Mechanical aptitude / appreciation will be key in this position
  • Customer base knowledge is a highly preferred
