Responsibilities
Manage and prospect customers within a predefined area (Chapecó and surrounding region), focusing on the Top Clients portfolio.
Responsible for offering products and trainings to the portfolio and Top Clients to drive higher product utilization and performance.
Collaborate with the commercial team and provide support for product sales.
Organize events to promote products, running in-person or remote events directly with customers.
Able to develop action plans to implement strategy and achieve targets, always in sync with the commercial team.
Able to deliver training to the commercial team and to clients, tailored to needs.
Requirements
University degree completed.
Experience in sales/commercial roles in any product or segment.
Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing, such as social media, is desirable.
Availability for frequent travel.
Own car and a valid Category B driver's license (CNH B).
Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Ability to influence and strong interpersonal relationship skills.
Clear and objective communication (verbal and written).
Ability to share and multiply knowledge and information, and to train internal and external clients for correct product usage.
Able to act as both a hunter and farmer salesperson, depending on the situation.
