Requirements
- Several years of experience in cold outreach (outbound) in the B2B environment, ideally in SaaS or health-care
- Excellent written and spoken German
- Confident and quick-witted on the phone
- Highly self-motivated and persistent in follow-up
- Data-driven, KPI-focused working style and efficient use of CRM systems for self-organization
- Strong drive and enjoyment in opening doors that were previously closed
