About the role

  • Sales Account Executive driving growth in the DACH region for Malt's freelance marketplace. Building and managing client portfolios in a dynamic sales environment.

Responsibilities

  • Strategically grow a robust portfolio of enterprise accounts
  • Identify and engage potential clients, building relationships with key stakeholders
  • Develop and execute targeted commercial strategies
  • Onboard large enterprise clients, leveraging your network
  • Optimize CRM usage to improve efficiency
  • Coach and develop the sales team

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years in a B2B commercial role
  • Experience in recruitment (staffing, IT personnel services), SaaS, or IT & services
  • Fluent in German and English; excellent communication and strong negotiation skills
  • Strong networking abilities
