About the role

Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell a product that is transforming the beauty and wellness industry.
  • Acquire new clients through innovative methods (cold calling, social selling).
  • Work with the training team to ensure effective onboarding of new partners.
  • Analyze the market and identify trends.

Requirements

  • Hands-on, proven experience in sales and customer acquisition.
  • Expertise in product demonstrations, with a natural ability to demonstrate the added value to prospective customers.
  • Proactive, determined attitude, thriving in an environment where you manage your own activities and daily targets.
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly, whether by phone or via social media.
  • Collaborative mindset, enjoying the balance between autonomous work and supporting teammates.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and Slack (experience with Salesforce is a strong plus).
  • Advanced level of English (minimum B1/B2) to collaborate effectively with our international teams.
