Associate Strategic Client Executive managing pharmacy solutions and field office support at Marsh McLennan Agency. Building relationships and providing consultative support to enhance client experience.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for field offices, providing support in post-sale implementation and ongoing pharmacy management.
Offer strategic and consultative support throughout the sales process.
Review PBM contracts for compliance.
Build strong relationships with the MMA field, strategic partners, and PBMs.
Educate the field on new features.
Improve processes for a better client experience.
Assist with renewals and timely reporting.
Create client communications in collaboration with marketing.
Mentor other Client Managers.
Handle various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations and avoid potential issues.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent career experience
Minimum of ten (10) years working directly in pharmacy from PBM, carrier, consultant or pharma manufacturer perspective
Focus and experience with major accounts and a strong understanding of pharmacy benefits
Strong relationship management experience with knowledge and experience in benefit consultation.
Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future
Current L&H licensure or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment (additional qualification)
In-depth knowledge of PBM contracts, and extensive experience in analysis and negotiations related to pharmacy and PBMs (additional qualification)
