Requirements

- Relevante werkervaring als HR Professional in een internationale, dynamische productieomgeving.
- Je kan omgaan met snelle veranderingen, onduidelijkheid en strakke deadlines.
- Comfortabel met senior leiders en benaderbaar voor medewerkers.
- Oplossingsgericht en pragmatisch.
- Gedegen kennis van de Nederlandse wet- en regelgeving (arbeidsrecht).
- Handig met moderne HR Systemen en data tools.
- Kennis van de Duitse taal is een pré.
- Ervaring met gedrags assessments (zoals PPA).
